About us

Capital Flooring was founded in 2024 by Jeremy and Neringa with a simple belief: people and relationships come first.

With experience in the flooring and home-improvement industry dating back to 2008, Jeremy brings years of hands-on knowledge and customer-focused experience to Capital Flooring. Before starting the company, he was a top sales representative for a Fortune 500 shop-at-home company, where he learned the importance of listening to customers, understanding their needs, and delivering the right solution.

Neringa brings her own valuable experience from the worlds of real estate and banking, giving her a strong understanding of homes, investments, and the importance of building lasting relationships with clients.

Together, Jeremy and Neringa created Capital Flooring around a philosophy that goes beyond quotas and revenue targets: be genuine, solve problems, and take care of people.

As a family-owned company, we believe your flooring project should be simple, personal, and handled with care. That's why we provide one project manager and one schedule for your entire flooring project—from luxury vinyl plank, laminate, and carpet to transitions and everything in between.

It all starts with a free, no-pressure in-home estimate.
